Yoga & Movement

I completed my Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 at Black Swan Yoga in Austin, Texas. We visited various lineages, focusing primarily on Ashtanga theory and alignment. Since completing my training, I have also participated in immersions in Kundalini, Chakra Therapy, Body Biomechanics, and Breathing/Meditation.

My classes are alignment-based with a heavy emphasis on safety, strength, and play. I offer a wide range of energetic practices- from slow and heady to strong and powerful. I am also an Onnit Academy Foundations Trainer, and will occasionally incorporate smart bodyweight movements for improved muscle durability, growth, and recovery. As a bodyworker, you can also expect some juicy hands-on adjustments and use of essential oils to enhance your experience.

Public yoga classes can be intimidating! Maximize your growth and understanding through small group or one-on-one instruction. Each class is tailored to your individual needs and includes a pre-session consultation/goal setting workshop. Learn at your pace, for your goals, and see your results! Meet up in the park, at your home, in your office- wherever you feel most at ease.

  • Rates
    • One-on-One: $60 for 60 minutes. Please add $10 for each additional person (Up to three)
      *Note: First Session includes a 20-minute consultation, free of charge
    • Small Group- great for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or yoga at work! Contact me for pricing and scheduling.
    • Class Packs: Save 20% when you purchase four sessions. Save 30% with a weekly commitment, renewed month-to-month.
